Present perfect

Buon lunedì.

Fatto di cambiamenti, avrete notato la nuova grafica del blog, sempre molto minimal ma decisamente più funzionale.

Un salto nel passato prossimo, ad una settimana fa, per raccontarvi la storia del mio primo giorno di Fashion Week milanese. Ore passate a rincorrere il tempo, sempre di corsa, ma anche questo è il bello di vivere giornate piene: cercare di riempire a più non posso gli occhi di bellezza.

Sabato è stato la volta di tre presentazioni e della sfilata dello stilista russo Sergei Grinko.

Dopo una lunga attesa, fatta di vecchi, nuovi incontri e tanti abbracci, lo spettacolo è stato decisamente di impatto.

Forme molto geometriche e un notevole utilizzo del black&white per esprimere un’analisi della società.

Cacciatori e prede sono i protagonisti dello show, uno specchio della società moderna che non esclude un tocco ironico e frivolo rappresentato da alcuni dettagli colorati.

La sfilata si è conclusa con la performance live di lei che è stata definita la prima popstar bionica: Viktoria Modesta, nonchè musa dello stilista.

L’outfit che ho scelto ruota intorno all’abito Cupro con pannello asimmetrico, un capo che ho amato da subito della collezione Dicotomia di cui avevo parlato già qui.

Le ultime ore della giornata per qualche scatto ad un look che non avevo avuto modo di immortalare durante le frenetiche ore milanesi.

With changes, you may have noticed the new graphics of the blog, always very minimal but much more functional.

A jump in the recent past, a week ago, to tell you the story of my first day of Milan Fashion Week. Hours spent chasing the time, always in a hurry, but that’s the beauty of living full days: try to fill, as much as possible, the eyes of beauty.

Saturday was the turn of three presentations and the fashion show of designer Sergei Grinko.

After a long wait, made of old, new friends and many hugs, the show was definitely an impact.

Very geometric shapes and considerable use of black & white to express an analysis of the society.

Hunters and prey are the stars of the show, a mirror of modern society that does not exclude an ironic and frivolous  touch represented by some colorful details.
The fashion shoew ended with the live performance of her that has been called the first bionic popstar : Viktoria Modesta, she is the designer’s muse.

The outfit I chose revolves around Cupro dress with asymmetrical panel, a dress that I loved from the start of the collection Dichotomy of which I had already spoken here.

The last hours of the day to take a few shots that I had not been able to capture during the busy hours in Milan.
