Maggio ed il profumo dell’aria calda che si avvicina.
Giorni passati a giocare con il mappamondo, a grattar via nazioni dalla mia scratch map, paesi e angoli di cuore.
Con ancora la sabbia nelle scarpe del mio ultimo viaggio in Grecia e la testa affollatissima di scadenze, formule matematiche e progetti futuri.
Gli unici sassolini che sopporto, e anzi sono riluttante a far scivolare via, sono i granelli di sabbia.
Le Espadrillas di Coca Cola Shoes saranno con me per tutta l’estate e l’intento è quello di fargli vivere tante avventure e farle riempire di sabbia e vita a più non posso.
Ma queste sono istantanee di stamattina, con un sole ballerino che riscalda a tratti e divide la giornata tra luce ed ombra.
Ed io che allo stesso modo mi sento separata a metà: una è su un’isola e l’altra legata alla realtà di città.
Il mio outfit è così, dicotomico, Levi’s e maxi gilet gessato mixati con maglia gipsy ed espadrillas.
Una vita divisa in due, ma felice, perchè ho trovato la via per far ciò che veramente voglio.
May and the smell of a warm air.
Days spent playing with the globe, scraping out nations from my scratch map, countries and heart corners.
I’ve still the sand in the shoes of my last trip to Greece but the head full of deadlines, mathematical formulas and future projects.
The only stones that stand, and indeed I’m reluctant to let it slip away, are the grains of sand.
The Espadrillas of Coca Cola Shoes will be with me all summer, and the intent is to let them live many adventures and have them fill with sand and life.
But these are snapshots of this morning, with a dancer sun that warms up at times and divides the day between light and shadow.
And me in the same way, I feel separated in half: one is on an island and the other linked to the reality of the city.
