Il gusto della libertà – The taste of freedom

Aspettare, questa è stata la mia parola per ormai troppo tempo

fare, quella che ho dovuto onorare ogni giorno

libertà, quella di cui sentivo profondamente la mancanza

E ora finalmente poter assaporare un tramonto – fosse per me sia chiaro vivrei solo al calar del sole-  senza sentire quel brusio di sottofondo di idee, progetti e concetti.

Questo è il momento di fare e di trascinare i pensieri, ma in modo diverso:

ora il cosa lo decido io.

E allora io dico:

voglio giornate riscaldate dal sole e pelle bagnata dall’acqua,

voglio guardare e aver istanti per vedere cosa c’è oltre,

vorrei poter sempre cenare in riva ad uno specchio d’acqua con tanto di pontile annesso in un posto che  solitario, davvero sembra la locanda di un poeta…

andare alla ricerca del bello… oltre quello che già conosco, questo io farò.

Wait, this was my word for far too long

do what I had to honor every day

freedom, that which I felt deeply the lack

And now finally be able to enjoy a sunset – it is clear to me I would live only at sunset–,

their, thoughts, do not run between here and there.

This is the time to do drag and thoughts, but in a different way:

now what I decide.

And then I say:

I want days warmed by the sun and wet skin from the water,

I want to watch and have moments to see what lies beyond,

I wish I could always have dinner on the shore of a pond complete with a pier attached to a place that lonely, really seems the inn of a poet …

go in search of beauty … beyond what I already know, I will do this.
