Last weeks and a question.

Buongiorno e buon lunedì.

Una sintesi fotografica delle ultime due settimane, sicuramente se potessi le riassumerei con una parola: rinascita.

La rinascita dopo una grande ( anzi immensa) perdita, dopo gli esami, dopo la fine dell’inverno.

Show must go on, dicevano i Queen.

E questo è il mio di show, alla ricerca di un po’ di spensieratezza e di bello.

La Toscana come seconda casa ormai, prima la Val d’Orcia, Pitigliano poi.

E sinceramente oggi avrei voluto condividere quest’ultimo ma le foto da editare sono troppe e voglio render al meglio la bellezza di una perla toscana; per cui rimandato a mercoledì.

Tra le foto dolce e salato, nel piatto e nella vita, e stavo pensando che per via di cose mi trovo spesso a condividere foto di esperimenti culinari o semplicemente di piatti assaggiati qua e là in giro per il mondo; per cui l’idea è quella di far partire una rubrica di cucina, per rispondere a tante domande che ricevo a riguardo, per condividere ancor di più.

Ho anche un asso nella manica: il mio lui, che questo lo fa per lavoro.

An abstract photo of the last two weeks, definitely if I could sum it up with a word is: rebirth.

The rebirth after a big (actually huge) loss, after the exams, after the end of winter.

Show must go on,  the Queens aid.

And this is my show, looking for a bit ‘carefree and the beauty.

Tuscany as a second home now, before the Val d’Orcia, then Pitigliano.

And frankly today I wanted to share it but the photos to be edited are too many and I want to render the most of the beauty of a pearl of Tuscany; therefore postponed to Wednesday.

Among the photos of sweet and savory, in the dish and in life, and I was thinking that because I often share photos of culinary experiments or simply dishes tasted here and around the world; so the idea is to start a section of the kitchen to answer so many questions I get about it, to share even more.

I also have a jolly: my him, he does this of work.
